In the video, the woman can be heard repeatedly questioning the conductor about the permissibility of wearing the cap as part of his uniform.

The conductor responds by explaining that he has been wearing the cap for many years without any previous objections. However, the woman insists that he should confine his religious practices to his home or mosque and, as a government employee, refrain from wearing the cap while on duty.

When the conductor suggests that there might be permission granted for wearing the cap, the woman asserts that if he is unaware of the rules, he should remove the cap and “adhere to the regulations.” Eventually, the conductor is seen removing the cap.
