MANUU Successfully Conducts Covid Vaccination Drive

The drive, inaugurated by Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice-Chancellor on 7th October, benefited total of 1016 University students, staff, their dependents and others.

Hyderabad: The Dean Student Welfare (DSW) Office and Covid-19 Pandemic Monitoring Task Force of Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) organized successfully second Free Covid-19 Vaccination Drive at MANUU Health Centre from October 7 to 9, 2021.

The drive, inaugurated by Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice-Chancellor on 7th October, benefited total of 1016 University students, staff and their dependents, as well as contractual employees, daily wage workers, housekeeping, security personnel and other near-by residents.

The university with the support of the state government plan to organize another vaccination drive in the campus if necessary for students.

Prof. Syed Alim Ashraf, Chairman Committee & Dean-Students Welfare thanked the Government of Telangana, the concerned Officials of Rangareddy district , Telangana and Mr. Pandu Yadav, Health Inspector from Serilingampally Health Unit.

He also appreciated the valuable services of Medical Officers & staff members of MANUU Health Centre, DSW team, committee members as well as all those involved in registration and verification process during vaccination drive.
