Ola, the ride-hailing platform, has extended its premium service, Prime Plus, to include Hyderabad, following its immense popularity in Bengaluru. The service is now available not only in Hyderabad but also in Mumbai and Pune.
This enhanced premium service ensures a seamless commuting experience for customers, featuring professional drivers and a commitment to complete ride fulfillment, thereby eliminating any cancellations or operational inconveniences, according to a press release.
With a focus on surpassing customer expectations and delivering an upgraded level of comfort, reliability, and convenience, the Prime Plus service has been introduced to selected customers in the three cities, commencing today.
“Following the successful pilot in Bangalore and the subsequent enthusiastic response to the full-scale launch of the Prime Plus service in that city, we are delighted to expand its availability to Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune, starting today. A broader rollout will follow in the near future,” stated an Ola spokesperson.
