Critiquing Owaisi for not fielding any candidate from Hyderabad’s Goshamahal Assembly constituency, Revanth argued that the AIMIM chief avoids facing T Raja Singh, closely associated with UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Addressing the media on Sunday evening, Revanth accused Owaisi of consistently deceiving Muslims in Hyderabad and questioned his avoidance of Raja Singh despite repeated challenges.

Continuing his criticism, Revanth remarked, “Thought there was a pyjama under Asaduddin Owaisi’s sherwani, but it turned out to be a khaki knicker.”

Highlighting Owaisi’s father Salahuddin’s intention to train him as a barrister to champion Muslim rights, Revanth accused Asaduddin of ultimately supporting the BJP, causing distress to the Muslim community.

Posing questions about the Majlis party’s decision not to contest against Raja Singh, Revanth alleged it was to shield leaders like KCR and Modi, labeling Owaisi’s statements as lies. He also inquired about the lawyer representing Asaduddin Owaisi in legal matters.

Recalling events during the Karnataka elections, Revanth challenged Owaisi to swear on the Quran regarding a party allegedly hosted by PM Modi and Amit Shah for a close friend of Owaisi. “I am Hindu. I will go to Bhagyalakshmi temple and take an oath. Is he ready to come to Makkah Masjid to take an oath on the Quran?” questioned Revanth Reddy.
