Hyderabad: The renowned Prestige Group is investing Rs 5,000 crore to develop the largest mega townships in Rajendra Nagar, known as the ‘Prestige City Hyderabad’. The project will include 4,647 apartments and 119 villas, offering 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK configurations, covering a total area of 9.5 million sq. ft.
The strategic location near the PVNR Expressway and the Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University adds to its appeal. With successful projects in Bengaluru and Mumbai, Prestige Group is eager to venture into the thriving real estate sector in Hyderabad.
The township will also feature a one-million sq. ft retail mall, providing residents with various amenities. With extensive experience in diverse real estate segments, Prestige Group has completed 280 projects in 12 cities across India. In Hyderabad alone, they are currently involved in eight projects, with plans for a massive office space in Nanakramguda.
