The 20th plenary was held in October 2020 amid Covid-19 restrictions.
As many as 3,000 elected representatives including Ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, corporation chairpersons, ZP Chairmen as well as Zonal Council Presidents and corporators attended the meeting.
TRS Working President and Minister K.T Rama Rao hoisted a 40 feet party flag at Telangana Bhavan.
Huge hoardings carrying images of KCR, as the Chief Minister is popularly known, have been erected across the state.
