Workshop on Inclusive Practices inaugurated at MANUU
In the first technical session, Prof. Siddiqui Mohammad Mahmood, Registrar I/c, delivered talk on “Inclusive Education: Concept and Importance”.
Hyderabad: Centre for Professional Development of Urdu Medium Teachers (CPDUMT), Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is organizing five days online workshop on Inclusive Practices.
The inaugural session presided over by Prof. SM Rahmatullah, Pro-Vice-Chancellor was held yesterday.
He said that the Constitution of India emphasizes on an inclusive social system for the development and welfare of all citizens and this goal can only be achieved through education. Even in the education system, it is important for teachers to be aware of the inclusive learning style in order to train students with different backgrounds and abilities.
Prof. Mohd Abdul Sami Siddiqui, Director, Centre spoke about aims and objectives of the workshop. Mr. Misbah Ansar, Assistant Professor, CPDUMT compered the programme and Dr. Noushad Hussain, Assistant Professor, Department of Education & Training proposed vote of thanks.
