The complaint, filed by Congress leader Mohd Perwaiz Khan, also known as Rashed Khan, alleges that Sohail made a provocative speech on October 30, 2023, in the presence of Shri KTR, in which he falsely accused TPCC President Shri Revanth Reddy of being an RSS agent.
