HYDRAA demolishes an illegal compound wall encroaching a 40-feet layout road at Kachavani Singaram, Divyanagar in Ghatkesar, Medchal district.

In a decisive action against illegal land occupation, HYDRAA officials demolished an encroached compound wall on a layout road at Kachavani Singaram, Divyanagar in Ghatkesar mandal, Medchal district. The move followed complaints from residents alleging that a portion of a 40-feet-wide layout road had been unlawfully occupied.

Complaint Over 40-Feet Layout Road Encroachment

According to colony residents, a layout was formed in 1991 across Survey Nos. 43 (Part), 44, 55, 56, 57, 58, and 59, clearly earmarking a 40-feet road. They alleged that Malipeddi Hanumanth Reddy encroached upon 12 feet of the road and erected a compound wall, restricting public access and movement.

HYDRAA Inspection and Immediate Action

After receiving the complaint, HYDRAA officials conducted a thorough inspection of the layout records and the site. Upon confirming the encroachment, the team removed the illegal compound wall, restoring the road to its original width.

Residents Welcome the Action

Local residents expressed relief and happiness after the demolition, stating that the road had been saved from encroachment. They thanked HYDRAA for acting swiftly and protecting public infrastructure.

Strict Stand Against Encroachments

Officials reiterated that any illegal occupation of public roads and layout spaces will not be tolerated, and action will continue wherever verified complaints are received.
