  • A trough formed from Telangana to Comorin area across Rayalaseema and interior Tamil Nadu at 1.5 km above mean sea level
  • Another trough extends from east Bihar across Jharkhand and north Chhattisgarh to southwest Madhya Pradesh at 0.9 km above mean sea level

These weather systems are contributing to rainfall activity across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Rain Alert for Next 3 Days in Telangana

The IMD has predicted:

  • Light to moderate rain at isolated places
  • Thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds in one or two districts
  • Possibility of hailstorms in isolated areas

Heavy Rain Forecast in Andhra Pradesh

Despite rainfall, hot and humid weather conditions are expected to continue in some regions.
