32 COMMUNITY CCTV CAMERAS INAUGURATED AT SRIRAM COLONY UNDER PAHADISHAREEF POLICE STATION LIMITS

HYDERABAD : In a major boost to local security and public safety, 32 Community CCTV cameras were inaugurated at Sriram Colony under the Pahadishareef Police Station limits today by Sri. Srikanth Goud, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), RGIA Division.

The installation of these surveillance cameras was made possible through the generous support and financial contributions of donors from the Srinagar Small Scale Industries community, demonstrating a strong partnership between the public and the police.

Speaking on the occasion, ACP Sri. Srikanth Goud and Pahadishareef Inspector of Police Sri. B. Lakshmi Narayana Reddy commended the industrial community and local donors for their proactive role in supporting police initiatives aimed at community safety.

They emphasized that the newly installed high-definition cameras will serve as an effective deterrent against crime, assist in the swift detection of offenses, enable round-the-clock monitoring of suspicious activities, and significantly enhance law and order in Sriram Colony and its surrounding areas.

The police officials further appealed to other local business communities and colony welfare associations to come forward and participate in the Community CCTV initiative to help transform Hyderabad into a safer city.
