The accused, identified as Shadab, was charged under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Motor Vehicles (MV) Act for allegedly endangering public safety. Dangerous Bike Stunts on KBR Main Road and Shameerpet Road
According to Banjara Hills police, the accused Shadab allegedly performed reckless bike stunts on public roads, including KBR Main Road and Shameerpet Road, creating danger to commuters and the public.
Police said the 19-year-old delivery boy recorded videos of the stunts and later uploaded them on Instagram. The videos reportedly showed dangerous riding acts carried out on busy roads in Hyderabad.
Police Register Case Under BNS and MV Act
Banjara Hills police registered a case against Shadab under relevant provisions of the BNS and the MV Act for allegedly endangering public safety through reckless riding and stunt performances on public roads.
