Organized by the century-old Asif Tennis Club, the tournament, held from November 23rd to 27th, showcased remarkable talent and sportsmanship. The tournament included Men’s events in four age categories: 45+, 55+, 65+, and 75+.

In the 45+ Doubles Final, the Ekta Club duo, Srinivas & Shivaram Raju, emerged victorious by defeating P.Goutam & Bose Kiran from Asif Club with a score of 10 – 06.

The 55+ Doubles Final witnessed a thrilling battle, with S.Anand Swaroop & T.Srinivas from Asif Club securing the title by beating Mansoor Mirza & Narleekar from Asif Club with a score of 10 – 05.

In the 65+ Doubles Final, M.Suresh & A.R.Rao from Pavan Club clinched the championship by defeating Ravichandran & Ramesh Babu from Asif Club with a score of 10 – 05.

The 75+ Doubles Final saw Dr.P.V.Rao & M.Sai Rambabu from Asif Club emerge as winners by defeating M. Madan Mohan Singh & Y. Bhaskar Rao from FMC with a score of 10 – 08.

The Closing Ceremony, graced by Hon. Justice Sri.Vijaysen Reddy, Judge Telangana High Court, and Sri.V.Narayan Das, Secretary Telangana Tennis Association, celebrated the winners’ achievements, highlighting the spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie that defined the tournament.

The Asif Tennis Club, nestled within the Public Garden in Nampally, Hyderabad, once again demonstrated its commitment to promoting tennis excellence and fostering a sense of community among players and enthusiasts alike.
