BJP Mocks BRS as Journalists Promised Rs 400 Gas Cylinders Instead of House Plots

The Telangana BJP has derided the promises outlined in the election manifesto of Telangana’s Chief Minister Chandrashekhar Rao from the ruling BRS party, which pledged to provide journalists with gas cylinders at a cost of Rs 400.

A tweet in Telugu was posted on the party’s social media platform X (formerly Twitter), asserting that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao failed to allocate land for housing to those journalists who had received a favorable decision from the Supreme Court.

Furthermore, the party shared a cartoon depicting a journalist holding a placard in support of the demand for housing land, while a cylinder priced at Rs. 400 is being thrust into his mouth.
