Hyderabad: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) reissued a summon to BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha, daughter of former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, requiring her presence in Delhi on Tuesday.
The summon pertains to her alleged involvement in Delhi liquor scam case.
In response, she communicated via email to the ED, stating that she would not attend due to the case being in the Supreme Court (SC), as per sources on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy that Kavitha had previously received summon from the ED on three separate occasions in connection with the same case.
