File Petition to Vacate Stay on Reopening of Residential School

It may be recalled that earlier, the High Court has given stay on the decision taken by the State government for reopening of residential education institutions keepingย in view the spread of coronavirus cases, which is still in force.

Hyderabad:ย  The State government has filed the interim petition in the High Court of Telangana to vacate the stay on reopening of residential Educational Institutions in the State.

It may be recalled that earlier, the High Court has given stay on the decision taken by the State government for reopening of residential education institutions keepingย in view the spread of coronavirus cases, which is still in force.

In the petition, the government saidย  that the coronavirus cases in under control, all other educational institutes are functioning, the government is following all the protocol of Covid – 19 in the Educational Institutions. However, the bench of Chief Justice of High Court of Telangana will take up the matter on October 20.
