Four Arrested in Shaik Sayeed Bawazeer Murder Case in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: In a shocking turn of events, the Bandlaguda police have arrested four individuals in connection with the murder of social worker Shaik Sayeed Bawazeer. The alleged conspirators, Ahmed Saadi, Abdullah Saadi, Saleh Saadi, and Omer Saadi, along with their accomplices Hajeb and Ayub, have been taken into custody as the investigation unfolds.

The victim, Shaik Sayeed Bawazeer, was tragically lured into a deadly trap under the guise of unnatural sex with a young man. On August 7, Hajeb and Ayub, acting as the instruments of this sinister plot, visited Bawazeer’s office. It was during this meeting that Hajeb reportedly incapacitated Bawazeer by using chilli powder and then fatally stabbed him with a knife, leading to his untimely demise.

DCP (south east) Ch. Rupesh sheds light on the motive behind this heinous crime. Sayeed Bawazeer, known for highlighting civic issues through videos on social media, became a thorn in the side of Ahmed Saadi’s family. This family, including Jalpally Municipality Chairman Abdullah Saadi, was plagued by the negative impact of Bawazeer’s content on their reputation. The situation escalated to the point where Ahmed Saadi reportedly paid Bawazeer to cease his defamatory activities, but to no avail.

As the investigation progressed, it was revealed that the murder conspiracy had been orchestrated by Ahmed Saadi, Abdullah Saadi, Saleh Saadi, and Omer Saadi. These individuals sought assistance from Hajeb and Ayub, promising them a substantial sum of Rs. 13 lakh in exchange for carrying out the gruesome act. Omer Saadi played a pivotal role in introducing Hajeb to Ahmed Saadi, setting the wheels of this malevolent plan in motion.

Initially classified as a murder case under Section 302 of IPC, the police have invoked additional sections related to criminal conspiracy in order to encompass the entirety of this nefarious plot. Ahmed Saadi and Abdullah Saadi were promptly arrested as primary suspects in the case. A dedicated team of eight investigators diligently worked to apprehend the culprits involved. While Ahmed Saadi and Abdullah Saadi are in custody, the hunt continues for the remaining two individuals, Omer Saadi and Saleh Saadi.
