Hyderabad: The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) has issued four recruitment notifications for 7,437 vacancies in the Police, Special Protection Force (SPF), Fire, Disaster Response, Emergency & Civil Defence, and Prisons & Correctional Services Departments. The notifications were issued on July 29, 2026, from the DGP Office Complex, Lakdi-ka-Pul, Hyderabad, under Rc. No. 189, 225, 234 & 279/Rect./Rect.1, 2 & 3/2026. The board stated that the exact dates for submission of online applications will be announced later through a separate press release, and the recruitment process is currently at the notification stage.

Eligible candidates can apply online only using the prescribed application form, which will be made available on the official recruitment website after ensuring that they satisfy all eligibility conditions mentioned in the notifications.
Candidates Advised to Undergo Medical Examination
The Board advised aspiring candidates to get themselves examined by a Civil Surgeon before applying for the recruitment examination.
According to the notification, this is to ensure that candidates meet the prescribed physical and medical standards and avoid disappointment during later stages of the recruitment process.
Documents Candidates Should Keep Ready
The Board has asked candidates to keep the following documents ready for uploading during the online application process and whenever required during recruitment:
- Latest SC Community Certificate (for SC candidates local to Telangana only) with sub-classification of SC Group I, SC Group II and SC Group III, issued by the competent authority of the Government of Telangana.
- Latest Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate (for EWS candidates local to Telangana only), issued by the competent authority of the Government of Telangana on or after April 1, 2026.
- Latest Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for BC candidates local to Telangana only), issued by the competent authority of the Government of Telangana on or after April 1, 2026.
- Local Candidature Certificates (for Telangana local candidates), including Bonafide Certificates from Class 1 to Class 7 or Residence Certificates, wherever applicable.
- Special Category Certificates (for Telangana local candidates), wherever applicable.
