Hyderabad: Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM), a registered recruitment agency under the Department of Labour, Employment Training, and Factories, Government of Telangana, is spearheading a unique initiative to train and recruit adept hotel management staff for lucrative positions in Japan.

This initiative falls under the Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) scheme of the Government of Japan.

Responding to the surging demand for skilled professionals in Japan’s dynamic hospitality sector, TOMCOM is thrilled to offer appealing job opportunities with an attractive salary package ranging from 1 to 1.5 lakhs per month.

Our commitment extends to guiding candidates through a secure and legal recruitment process, ensuring a seamless transition to Japan, a statement said on Wednesday.

In light of these developments, TOMCOM is conducting an enrolment drive on December 29 and 30, at the TOMCOM Office, Government I.T.I. College, Mallepally Campus, Vijay Nagar Colony, Hyderabad. This drive aims to identify eligible candidates for coveted Hotel Management positions in Japan.

To be eligible for these roles, candidates must possess a diploma or degree in hotel management or have relevant experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in Food and beverage (F&B).

The age range for eligible candidates is 22 to 27 years. Selected candidates will undergo residential training in Japanese language proficiency and receive additional professional skills training crucial for excelling in the Japanese hospitality sector.

TOMCOM extends an invitation to interested and eligible candidates to participate in the drive and bring along their updated resumes and relevant documents.

This initiative aims to create promising career paths for qualified individuals in Japan’s thriving hospitality industry, the statement added.
