TRS Leaders Complaints to CEO against Jagga Reddy for offering Nazrana
They alleged that Jaggareddy is tempting the voters by offering Rs. 50 thousand before the voting and two lakhs after casting the votes.
Hyderabad: The ruling TRS party General Secretary Srinivas Reddy and Bharat met with the Chief Electoral Officer, Shashank Goyal, and lodge complaint against the Congress MLA Jaggareddy alleging that the MPTC and ZPTCs (who are the voters for electing MLC under Local Area Authority) were being persuaded in the Elections, Jagga Reddy is making phone calls to the voters and offering “Nazrana”.
Later, speaking to the presspersons at Buddha Bhavan after meeting with the Chief Electoral Officer, today, the TRS leaders said that the MLC elections have come and some political parties taking elections very seriously, despite not having sufficient number with them they are contesting the elections with the hope of influencing the voters by offering “Nazrana” to win the elections.
They alleged that Jaggareddy is tempting the voters by offering Rs. 50 thousand before the voting and two lakhs after casting the votes. They said that the Congress party is doing such cheap politics and it is crime. They said that the Chief Electoral Officer has assured them of taking action, they claimed.
