TSRTC to Introduce Special Communication System for Complaints
As part of his initiatives, Sajjanar decided to set up a special communication system to take complaints and suggestions from the public.
Hyderabad: The Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) V.C. Sajjanar has started innovative experiments to make TSRTC profitable which has been suffering losses since long, as part of it, he has been personally inspecting RTC bus depots and buses. On the other hand he began efforts to provide better services to passengers.
As part of his initiatives, Sajjanar decided to set up a special communication system to take complaints and suggestions from the public. He decided to take information from passengers on bus traffic, passenger congestion and other issues.
For this purpose mobile numbers are released. Mobile Number 9959226160 at Kothi and mobile number 8333904531 at Secunderabad have been made available. Apart from this he has also decided to run more buses in suburban and congested areas.
The complaints and suggestions from the public will enable what passengers think about the Corporation in addition to recovering from the losses, what steps should the Corporation take to make further progress.
