Verbal Exchange Turns Physical on ‘Kal Tak’ Live Show in Pakistan; Video goes viral

During a Pakistani political talk show called “Kal Tak,” things took an unexpected turn when a heated debate between two politicians escalated into a physical altercation. The incident, now viral, involved Sher Afzal Marwat, a lawyer associated with Imran Khan’s PTI, and Afnan Ullah, a Senator from Nawaz Sharif’s PML-N.

The verbal exchange turned violent when Senator Afnan Ullah Khan accused Imran Khan of misconduct and secret dealings with the military. Instead of countering with arguments, Marwat resorted to physical aggression, inciting a brawl on live television. Despite attempts by the crew and host to intervene, the altercation persisted, leaving viewers and the nation in disbelief.

After the incident, both politicians took to social media to explain their actions. Marwat justified his response, citing the derogatory language used by Afnan Ullah against Imran Khan. On the other hand, Senator Afnan Ullah Khan, while expressing a belief in non-violence, defended his actions as a loyal supporter of Nawaz Sharif. He stated, “Marwat attacked me in the talk show yesterday. I believe in non-violence, but I am Nawaz Sharif’s soldier.”

This incident triggered widespread online criticism, with many condemning the “Kal Tak” host and staff for failing to prevent the violence.
