Bhavani Nagar Murder Case Solved: Accused Arrested for Killing 21-Year-Old in Talabkatta

In a major breakthrough, the Bhavani Nagar Police Station solved a murder case in Talabkatta, arresting Mohd Mudassir (19), in connection with Cr.No. 65/2026 under Section 103(1) BNS. The accused was apprehended on April 16, 2026, for allegedly killing Syed Abdul Khadir Ali (21) following a quarrel.

The incident took place near Thala Masjid, Road No. 11, Talabkatta, Hyderabad, where the victim suffered fatal injuries.

Victim Details and Background of the Case

The deceased, Syed Abdul Khadir Ali (21), son of Syed Sajid Ali, was a fast food centre worker and auto driver, residing at Wadi-E-Mustafa, Shaheen Nagar, Balapur, R.R. District.

According to the complaint:

• On April 13, 2026 at 20:30 hours, a statement was recorded
• The victim had left home around 04:30 PM to bring an auto for a visit to Meer Ka Daira Cemetery, Moghalpura
• Around 05:40 PM, he was found lying injured near Thala Masjid, Talabkatta
• He was shifted to Urooj Hospital, Moghalpura, where doctors confirmed internal injuries

The case was registered based on MLC No: 101, I.P No: 93040/3983.

How the Murder Occurred in Talabkatta

Police investigation revealed that the incident began at a pan shop in Talabkatta on April 13, 2026 around 05:30 PM.

Sequence of Events:

• The accused, Mohd Mudassir, visited the pan shop and noticed the victim smoking
• A verbal argument started after the accused confronted the victim
• The accused used abusive language and pushed the victim
• Despite intervention by the pan shop vendor, the accused continued the fight
• The accused then assaulted the victim with fist blows on chest, neck, and head
• The victim fell on the ground and suffered severe internal injuries

He later succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment at Urooj Hospital.

• Works at a beef shop at Cha Cha Garage
• Resident of H.No. 18-7-426/130/F, Back Side of Cha Cha Garage, Nasheman Nagar, Talabkatta, Hyderabad

He was arrested on April 16, 2026 and produced before the court.
