Hyderabad: Telangana Minority Welfare Minister Mohammed Azharuddin has launched the Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System (OBMMS) for the welfare schemes of the Telangana Christian Minority Finance Corporation. Along with the OBMMS portal, the Minister also inaugurated online application portals for the Sewing Machine Scheme, Motor Bike Scheme, E-Bike Scheme, Scooty Scheme, E-Scooter Scheme, and Petty Business Scheme. Eligible Christian minority applicants can submit online applications from July 3, 2026, to July 18, 2026, until 5:00 pm.

OBMMS Portal Launched for Telangana Christian Minority Welfare Schemes
Launching the welfare initiative, Minister Mohammed Azharuddin said the Telangana Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, is implementing transparent and technology-driven welfare programmes to promote the economic development and self-employment of minority communities.
He said the schemes would create better employment opportunities for Christian minority women and youth across the state.
Online Applications Open from July 3 to July 18
Eligible Christian minority applicants can apply online for the welfare schemes from July 3, 2026, to July 18, 2026, with the application window closing at 5:00 pm on the last date.
The online portals have been opened for the following schemes:
- Sewing Machine Scheme
- Motor Bike Scheme
- E-Bike Scheme
- Scooty Scheme
- E-Scooter Scheme
- Petty Business Scheme
Eligibility Criteria for Welfare Schemes
The government has prescribed different age limits for the schemes.
- Sewing Machine Scheme and Petty Business Scheme: Applicants must be 21 to 55 years of age.
- Motor Bike, E-Bike, Scooty and E-Scooter Schemes: Applicants must be 21 to 50 years of age.
The annual family income should not exceed:
- ₹2 lakh in urban areas.
- ₹1.5 lakh in rural areas.
Government Appeals Eligible Applicants to Apply
The Telangana Government has appealed to all eligible Christian minority applicants to submit their online applications before the prescribed deadline and benefit from the welfare schemes.
The Telangana Government has launched the OBMMS portal for the welfare schemes of the Telangana Christian Minority Finance Corporation, with Minority Welfare Minister Mohammed Azharuddin inaugurating the online application system. Applications for the Sewing Machine, Motor Bike, E-Bike, Scooty, E-Scooter and Petty Business Schemes will be accepted from July 3, 2026, to July 18, 2026, until 5:00 pm, as part of the government’s technology-driven initiative to promote self-employment and economic development among Christian minorities.
