Speaking at the Congress Parliamentary Party meeting on Thursday, Sonia Gandhi stated, “We consider the Waqf Amendment Bill as an assault on the Constitution. The ruling BJP government bulldozed it through the Lok Sabha. Narendra Modi’s government is systematically dismantling the country’s education system, civil rights, freedoms, federal structure, and election processes.”
