Five drug consumers arrested
This is the case of usage and consumption of cocaine drug by certain people in a party at Radison Blue hotel, Gachibowli in the Cyberabad limits. SOT Cyberabad and Gachibowli Police jointly conducted the operation in the case.

The accused were identified as Gajjala Vivekanand, Director of Manjeera Group of companies, Syed Abbas Ali Jeffery, Nirbhay, Kedhar and another. The police also seized three used plastic covers, Cocaine (each of one gram before consumption), white coloured paper used for the usage of drug, three Cellphones.
On a tip-off on February 25, 2024, that consumption of drugs by Vivekanand with his friends, the police teams visited the hotel by which time all the guests left the place.
On examination of the premises, the police found three used plastic sachets of cocaine (each of one gram) and white paper roll for usage of drug. Based on further information, the police teams visited the house of Gajjala Vivekanand at Jubilee Hills and brought him to police station.
On interrogation, he disclosed that he organized a party for his friends at his hotel room with cocaine at Radison Blue hotel. He was sent for medical examination wherein he tested positive for the drug. The police said the case is under investigation for identifying the drug peddlers and other consumers in the case.
