  • Open dustbins.
  • Expired raw materials.
  • Unlabeled raw materials.
  • Pest infestation.
  • Non-production of pest control records.
  • Non-production of FoSTaC certificates.
  • Non-production of medical fitness certificates.

Improvement Notice Issued

Following the inspection, the Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation issued an Improvement Notice to the establishment.

The notice directs the restaurant management to rectify all identified deficiencies and comply with Food Safety standards within the stipulated time.

Hygiene Score

The restaurant was awarded a hygiene score of 69% during the inspection.
