Gymnastic Wonders: Hyderabad’s Rising Stars Shine Bright at 2023 District Competition

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad District Artistic Gymnastics Competition, organized by the Hyderabad District Gymnastics Association, witnessed an extraordinary display of talent and athleticism on September 16, 2023, at the AB Gymnastics Institute in Khanpur, Hyderabad, Telangana.
The event received accolades from esteemed personalities in the field, including Sri. A. Someshwar, Secretary of the Telangana Gymnastic Association, Kuldeep Singh, Vice President of the Telangana Gymnastics Association, and Mohammad Mustafa, Treasurer of the Hyderabad Gymnastics Association.

David and Deepika congratulated all the winners for their remarkable achievements, as the academy achieved a clean sweep in all categories.
In the “Under 6 Years Girls Event – Floor Exercise,” Group 1, Amaarya secured the gold medal, followed by Shrieya Gorai with the silver medal, and Y.R. Arshitha and Soumya Reddy sharing the bronze medals. In Group 2 of the same category, Badra Anand clinched the gold medal, with Agastya taking silver, and Shreeja Gorai securing the bronze.
The “Under 8 Years Boys Event – Table Vault” saw Suryansh claim the gold medal, followed by Surya Devansh with the silver medal and Kushal Naik with the bronze.
In the “Under 8 Years Boys Event – Floor Exercise,” Kesasi Nandan took home the gold medal, while Rishik Reddy and Kashif secured the silver and bronze medals, respectively.
The “Under 8 Years Girls Event – Floor Exercise” in Group 1 witnessed Vidhathri clinching the gold, followed by Triguna with the silver and Kasi Prahya with the bronze. In Group B of the same category, Advaita won the gold, while Shanvi Yadav and Harshitha Swain secured the silver and bronze medals, respectively, with Sasmiksha Vyas also claiming a bronze.
In the “Under 8 Years Girls Event – Balance Beam,” Vidhathri Varma demonstrated her prowess by winning the gold, with Shanvi Yadav securing the silver and Harshitha Swain the bronze.
Finally, in the “Under 10 Years Boys Event – Table Vault,” Aarnav Bommi emerged victorious with the gold medal, followed by S. Siddivinayak with silver and Busses Rohit Reddy with the bronze.
