Suspects’ Escape Route Revealed
Following an in-depth investigation and scientific analysis, including the examination of surveillance footage from various locations, the police have uncovered crucial details about the assailants’ movements. The suspects are believed to have initially traveled from Trimulgherry to Shamirpet in a passenger auto-rickshaw. From there, they escaped to Gajwel in a sharing auto-rickshaw before eventually fleeing to Adilabad in a lorry. Afterward, the duo made their way to Bihar via Madhya Pradesh.
Connection to Bidar Heist
In addition to the Afzalgunj firing, the suspects are now suspected of involvement in another major crime. On Thursday morning, they reportedly committed a violent robbery in Bidar, a town in neighboring Karnataka, where they shot and killed two people, including a security guard, and looted Rs. 93 lakh. After the heist, the duo fled on a motorcycle, abandoning it later before catching a bus to Hyderabad.
Upon arriving at the MGBS bus station in Hyderabad, the suspects were found to have booked tickets for Raipur at Roshan Travels in Afzalgunj. One of the suspects carried luggage bags, which were later found to contain the stolen cash. When the bus manager, Jahangir, inquired about the cash, one of the suspects pulled out a pistol and shot him.

The police are urging the public to remain vigilant and report any information that might lead to the suspects’ capture. The authorities remain hopeful that with the support of local and interstate law enforcement, the perpetrators will be brought to justice soon.
