Inter First year Exams Can’t be Stopped: HC

The High Court said that the petition was delayed as the arrangements for the exams are already over. Since the state government made all necessary arrangements for the first year exams in the state it is not possible to stop them.

Hyderabad:  High Court today stated that the Intermediate Board can conduct first year examinations. The High Court refused to stay the exams by the board as the government prepared to conduct the same. The High Court said that the petition was delayed as the arrangements for the exams are already over. Since the state government made all necessary arrangements for the first year exams in the state it is not possible to stop them.

Right now it is not proper to stop the exams and they can be conducted the court observed. The high court gave its nod to the officials to conduct the intermediate examinations for first year students. Some of the parents and college managements appealed the court to stay the exams as 4.58 lakh students were promoted to second year from first year. Though the High Court refused to stall them and asked the government to go ahead.
