The applications were submitted through MeeSeva centres across the state between March 26 and April 1.

Record-Breaking Numbers Through MeeSeva Centres
The MeeSeva platform, known for its streamlined citizen services, has facilitated this massive turnout by allowing quick application submissions for the scheme, which aims to empower unemployed youth from SC, ST, BC, and Minority communities with financial assistance for self-employment.
Daily Application Summary (March 26 – April 1):
- March 26: 1,75,000 received (72,000 approved)
- March 27: 2,10,000 received (95,000 approved)
- March 28: 1,90,000 received (88,000 approved)
- March 29: 2,15,000 received (1,02,000 approved)
- March 30: 1,65,000 received (71,000 approved)
- March 31: 2,20,000 received (1,00,000 approved)
- April 1: 1,70,000 received (92,000 approved)

Financial Aid Up to ₹3 Lakh with Subsidy
Under the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme, eligible candidates can receive up to ₹3 lakh in financial assistance, a portion of which is a government subsidy. The funds are aimed at encouraging entrepreneurship and self-reliance among the youth.

Applicants must submit the following documents at the time of applying through MeeSeva:
- Income Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- ID proof (such as Aadhaar Card)
These documents are verified and approved by Mandal Revenue Officers (MROs).

After April 14 (application deadline), mandal-level selection committees will review eligible applications. Following that, district-level committees will finalize the units, and beneficiaries will receive orientation training and financial aid between June 2 and June 9.
