Desecration of Quran creates unrest in Hyderabad

Hyderabad (Pakistan): A Hindu sanitary worker in Pakistan’s Hyderabad allegedly desecrated the Quran. The incident resulted in unrest in the area, where Law enforcement agencies had to resort to tear gas shelling and firing into the air in different areas of Hyderabad.
The mob also assaulted a police man and damaged a police mobile. The angry mob broke windowpanes and barged into the business centre to get hold of the man accused of sacrilege of the Holy Quran.
On the basis of a complaint made by on Bilal, police picked up a sanitary worker and booked a case of blasphemy against him. Dawn reported.
