Hyderabad: In a major anti-encroachment action, HYDRAA protected a 1600 square yards park land in Jubilee Hills behind the TV5 office and secured 4.20 acres of government land in Dundigal, Gandimaisamma Mandal.

HYDRAA Saves 1600 Sq Yards Park Land in Jubilee Hills
In the high-value locality of Jubilee Hills, HYDRAA protected a 1600 square yards park site located behind the TV5 office.
According to details:
- Pradeep Kumar Lahoti and Subhash Kumar Lahoti developed two layouts covering 11,700 square yards
- Out of this, 1600 square yards was allocated for a park
- Local residents allegedly attempted encroachment using false documents
- Cases were also registered against them
Following complaints that the land may again face encroachment, HYDRAA on Thursday:
- Installed fencing around the park land
- Placed boards identifying it as park land
HYDRAA Secures Government Land in Dundigal
In another action, HYDRAA protected government land in Dundigal under Gandimaisamma Mandal.
Details include:
- Location: Dommarapochampally village
- Survey Numbers: 120/1 and 120/28
- Total land: 4.15 acres (government land)
The land had faced repeated encroachments in the past, which were cleared by authorities.
Collector’s Request Leads to Action
Fearing fresh encroachments, the Medchal-Malkajgiri District Collector wrote to HYDRAA requesting protection of the land.
Acting on the Collector’s request, HYDRAA on Thursday:
- Installed fencing around the land
- Placed boards declaring it as government property
