Khammam: A man from Telangana has alleged that his wife and her alleged lover conspired to kill him, prompting him to approach the police after discovering messages that he claims revealed a murder plot.

According to the complaint, Gade Rajeshwar Rao, a resident of Chilakod village in Dornakal Mandal of Mahabubabad district, married Bhavani from Raghavapuram village in Mothe Mandal of Suryapet district in 2016. The couple has two children.

Rajeshwar Rao, who works at a private hospital in Khammam, alleged that during his employment there, his wife developed an extramarital relationship with a courier delivery worker identified as Saidulu.

He stated that on the afternoon of July 27, he returned home for lunch and allegedly found his wife in an intimate situation with another man, after which he came to know about the alleged affair.

According to Rajeshwar Rao, a village panchayat was held on July 28 in the presence of local elders. Later that day, while he was on his way to bring his brother from a nearby village, he alleged that Saidulu followed him. He said he managed to escape and returned home.

The complainant further alleged that after checking his wife’s mobile phone, he found WhatsApp and Instagram messages exchanged between Bhavani and Saidulu. According to the complaint, the messages discussed eliminating him by staging a road accident outside the house rather than killing him at home. Rajeshwar Rao said he took screenshots of the chats as evidence.
