The state government has made the decision to extend the online registration period for students seeking fresh approvals and renewals of Post Matric Scholarships (PMS) for the academic year 2022-23 on the TSE portal. This extension will last for an additional 15 days starting from June 1. The purpose of this extension is to accommodate eligible candidates who were unable to apply for the PMS through the TSE portal due to various reasons.
These scholarships are available to eligible children from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Classes, Minorities, and Physically Handicapped categories.
It is encouraged for children belonging to minority communities to take advantage of this opportunity. Additionally, all college managements are requested to support and assist children who wish to enroll for the scholarship and upload all necessary data between June 1 and June 15.
