Kolla Rahul Sankrityayan

Kolla Rahul Sankrityayan (K.S. Rahul) is a practising advocate based in Hyderabad, Telangana, with Bar enrolment number TS/725/1995. He advocates greater constitutional awareness, public accountability, the rule of law and civic participation. He has submitted representations to the Union Government, Telangana Government, Supreme Court of India and Telangana High Court, seeking recognition of November 26 as an annual public holiday to promote constitutional education and public engagement. His proposal also encourages annual Constitutional Addresses across public institutions to strengthen understanding of constitutional rights, duties and democratic values.
