Minister for Tourism, Culture, Archaeology, Prohibition and Excise Jupally Krishna Rao flagged off buses distributed under the Indira Mahila Shakti Scheme in Chinnambavi Mandal of the Kollapur constituency. Following the flag-off ceremony, the Minister briefly drove one of the newly distributed buses and interacted with beneficiaries, congratulating them and wishing them success in their entrepreneurial journey. The initiative is aimed at creating livelihood opportunities and strengthening the economic empowerment of women Self-Help Group (SHG) members.

Jupally Krishna Rao Flags Off Indira Mahila Shakti Buses
Minister Jupally Krishna Rao participated in the flag-off ceremony for buses distributed under the Indira Mahila Shakti scheme in Chinnambavi Mandal of the Kollapur constituency.
After inaugurating the buses, the Minister briefly drove one of the newly distributed vehicles and later met the beneficiaries.
He congratulated the women beneficiaries and wished them success in their entrepreneurial ventures.
Indira Mahila Shakti Scheme Aims to Create Women Entrepreneurs
Addressing the gathering, Jupally Krishna Rao said the Congress government, under the leadership of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, is firmly committed to promoting women’s economic empowerment and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for Self-Help Group (SHG) members across Telangana.
He stated that the Indira Mahila Shakti initiative aims to transform women into successful entrepreneurs through:

According to the Minister, these measures are designed to improve the economic status of women and enhance their participation in entrepreneurship.
