Robbers rip out ATM with Rs 33 lakh
The robbers reportedly tied the ATM of this bank to a vehicle and pulled it with such force that the ATM was uprooted from its foundation.
Bharatpur: Robbers ripped out an ATM with Rs 33 lakh just 200 meters from the police station in Rajasthan. 33 lakh rupees were deposited in this ATM of Private India Baal Bank on Thursday itself.
The robbers reportedly tied the ATM of this bank to a vehicle and pulled it with such force that the ATM was uprooted from its foundation.
Later, the robbers took the ATM and kept it in the car and fled.
It has been reported that the agency of this private company has been taken by a person named Imran Chaudhry and an ATM machine has been installed in the shop.
As usual, Imran Chaudhry locked the ATM booth the night before the incident and went home. But during the night, some robbers removed the entire shutter of the ATM booth from the shop and placed it in front of the adjacent shop. They also broke the glass door inside the shutter.
The robbers then tied the ATM machine with a rope and tied the other part of the rope to the car and pulled it upright. After that they kept the ATM machine in the car and fled.
The incident came to light this morning when a man was out for a walk. Seeing the shutter of the ATM booth broken, he called Imran Chaudhary and informed about the incident. As soon as the incident was reported, Additional SP, DSP Police Station Kama reached the spot and reviewed the situation. A team of FSL and dog squad has inspected the spot.
