As per the latest decision, students arriving late will still be allowed to write the exam if they enter the centre within the permitted grace time.

The TS Inter exams will begin on February 25, 2026, and will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
According to TG BIE:
- Students will be allowed entry up to 9:05 AM
- No entry will be permitted after the grace period
- Students are advised to reach exam centres by 8:45 AM
This rule was also implemented last year and has been continued for TS Inter Exams 2026.

Before the theory examinations:
- Practical exams for general and vocational courses will be held
- Dates: February 2 to February 21, 2026
Students must attend practicals as per the schedule issued by their respective colleges.
Hall Tickets With QR Code for Easy Navigation
TG BIE will issue separate hall tickets for:
- Practical examinations
- Theory examinations
However, the hall ticket number will remain the same for both.
Like last year, the theory hall ticket will feature a QR code, which helps students:
- Locate their exam centre easily
- Check distance and estimated travel time
- Get live traffic updates using smartphones
