CM Revanth Reddy Urges PM Modi to Approve Telangana Projects for Viksit Bharat 2047 Goals
Telangana CM Revanth Reddy urged PM Narendra Modi to approve key Telangana projects linked to Viksit Bharat 2047 during an event at HICC Hyderabad.

Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to positively consider several project proposals submitted by the Telangana government as part of achieving the Viksit Bharat 2047 goals.

The Chief Minister made the request during a development projects inauguration and foundation stone-laying event held at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) in Hyderabad.
Revanth Reddy Requests Special PMO Task Force
A Revanth Reddy requested the Prime Minister to establish a special single-window task force in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) to ensure speedy approvals for nationally important projects related to six major metropolitan cities considered growth engines of the country.
The Chief Minister said the six metropolitan cities are:
- Delhi
- Mumbai
- Chennai
- Kolkata
- Bengaluru
- Hyderabad
According to him, development of these cities is essential for India to become a global leader and generate employment opportunities for youth.
Telangana Government Highlights Viksit Bharat and Telangana Rising 2047
During his speech, the Chief Minister said Telangana would contribute its share towards achieving the #ViksitBharat2047 goals.
He stated that the state is also moving forward with its own #TelanganaRising2047 vision.
Revanth Reddy said:
“Telangana wishes to move together with the Central government in achieving your vision.”
He reminded the Prime Minister about several pending Telangana proposals, including:
- Regional Ring Road
- Metro Rail
- Musi River rejuvenation project
- Radial roads
- 12-lane Hyderabad-Machilipatnam road project
CM Requests Urgent Approvals for Telangana Projects
The Chief Minister stated that he had met the Prime Minister and Union Ministers several times regarding projects related to Telangana.
He requested urgent approvals for pending proposals and appealed to the Prime Minister to allocate two hours to review all Telangana-related projects positively.
Revanth Reddy said Telangana aims to contribute 10 percent to the country’s GDP in line with the vision of making India a 30 trillion-dollar economy by 2047.
He expressed confidence that the Centre would fully support Telangana Rising initiatives.
PM Modi Launches and Inaugurates Multiple Projects
During the event, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma and Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, inaugurated the #PMMITRAPark, also known as the Kakatiya Mega Textile Park, in Warangal.
The Prime Minister also laid foundation stones for:
- Zaheerabad Industrial Corridor
- National Highway No. 167 from Mahabubnagar to Gudebellur
- Kazipet-Vijayawada Railway Multi-Tracking Project
He also dedicated the Indian Oil Corporation Greenfield Terminal at Malkapur in Hyderabad to the nation.
Several Leaders Attend HICC Event
The event was attended by Union Ministers G Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Telangana Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, and Lok Sabha MP K Vishweshwar Reddy.
During his speech, Revanth Reddy also remarked that Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay were good friends and said Telangana people believe Prime Minister Modi has a “big heart” and expect approvals for pending development projects.

Telangana also reiterated its target to contribute 10 percent to India’s GDP by 2047.
