CEO Directs Officials to Include Eligible Voters
Sudarshan Reddy inspected voter registration camps at Bandlaguda, Hydershakote and Shivrampally in the Rajendranagar Assembly constituency on Wednesday.
During the visit, he reviewed the voter verification process and asked officials about the notices being issued to voters.
He specifically checked whether notices were properly reaching:
- Voters whose details could not be mapped during enumeration.
- Voters whose records contained errors or discrepancies.
The CEO directed officials to make sure that eligible voters who submit valid documents are included in the electoral rolls.
Officials Review Notice and Verification Process
The CEO also reviewed how officials were handling voters whose records required further verification.
The inspection focused on whether affected voters were receiving notices and whether they were being given an opportunity to submit the required documents.
The direction is important for voters who have received notices because of mapping problems or errors in their electoral details.
Senior Officials Accompany CEO
Sudarshan Reddy was accompanied by District Collector C. Narayana Reddy, Rajendranagar Constituency Election Officer Solipeta Srinivas Reddy, Rajendranagar AERO Surender Reddy and other officials.
They reviewed the functioning of voter registration camps and the progress of the revision process.
What Still Needs Clarification
The CEO’s direction makes it clear that eligible voters who submit valid documents should be included in the electoral rolls.
However, some important details still need clarification, including:
- Whether names will remain in the draft electoral roll automatically after successful verification.
- How many notice recipients have already completed verification.
- How many voters have cleared verification in Hyderabad and Rajendranagar.
- How voters will be informed once their documents are accepted.
These details will help voters better understand their status during the ongoing revision.
Valid Documents Key for Voters Who Received Notices
Voters who have received notices should submit the required valid documents and complete the verification process.
The CEO’s latest direction makes clear that eligible voters should not be left out once their documents are found to be valid.
As the revision process continues, Telangana SIR voter inclusion with valid documents remains an important issue for voters, particularly those who received notices over mapping problems or incorrect details.
