Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Thursday visited the Guddem Doddi Pump House constructed under the Jawahar Nettempadu Lift Irrigation Scheme, which utilizes the backwaters of the Jurala Project. During the visit, irrigation officials and local public representatives proposed increasing the storage capacity of the Guddem Doddi Reservoir from its present level to 11 TMC or 15 TMC. The visit was undertaken following proposals submitted by local public representatives and Irrigation Department officials seeking an increase in the storage capacity of the Guddem Doddi Reservoir.

CM Arrives at Helipad Near Guddem Doddi Reservoir
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy arrived at the helipad set up near the Guddem Doddi Reservoir in Dharur Mandal at around 4:30 PM on Thursday evening.

From the helipad, the Chief Minister traveled by road to the Stage-1 Guddem Doddi Pump House, which was constructed under the Jawahar Nettempadu Lift Irrigation Project.
Along with ministers, he conducted a review of irrigation projects in Jogulamba Gadwal district through a PowerPoint presentation.
Before the review meeting, the Chief Minister inspected a photo exhibition showcasing various irrigation projects in the district.
