Competing in the under-17 youth category held in Kyrgyzstan, Karthik showcased his prowess in the arena, emerging victorious in both the overall championship and the deadlift discipline.
Karthik’s stellar performance saw him clinch the gold in the 75 kg overall championship, where he lifted an impressive total of 370 kg. His remarkable feats included a deadlift of 150 kg, a squat of 140 kg, and a bench press of 80 kg.
