TSLSA Receives Recognition for Legal Aid Efforts at All India Industrial Exhibition
The inauguration of the stall took place on January 11, 2024, graced by the esteemed presence of Hon'ble Sri Justice Sam Koshy, Judge of the High Court for the State of Telangana and Executive Chairman of TSLSA.
Hyderabad: The Telangana State Legal Services Authority (TSLSA) has taken a significant step towards enhancing access to justice by establishing a ‘Legal Aid and Advice Centre’ at Stall No.1995, 1996 in the 83rd All India Industrial Exhibition held at Nampally.
The inauguration of the stall took place on January 11, 2024, graced by the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Sri Justice Sam Koshy, Judge of the High Court for the State of Telangana and Executive Chairman of TSLSA.
The initiative aims to raise awareness about various laws, schemes, and the availability of legal services among the public. Panel lawyers have been engaged to disseminate legal literacy materials and showcase short films highlighting NALSA schemes and mediation.
The stall witnessed an impressive turnout, with approximately 380 individuals benefiting from the legal assistance provided.
In recognition of its commendable efforts, the stall set up by TSLSA has been honored with a Certificate of Appreciation and a memento from the Exhibition Society. Today, on February 12, 2024, the authority received the well-deserved recognition for its invaluable services rendered to the community.
