GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan Urges Hyderabad Voters to Submit Enumeration Forms Without Delay Under SIR

GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan has urged Hyderabad voters to submit their Enumeration Forms without delay under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR). Voters who have not received forms can contact their BLO or call Helpline 1950.

Hyderabad: GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan, IAS, along with Hyderabad District Collector Dr. Priyanka Ala, IAS, and Additional Commissioner (Elections) B. Santosh, IAS, reviewed the progress of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. The Commissioner appealed to all eligible voters to submit their duly filled Enumeration Forms without delay, stating that the distribution of forms is in the final stages across Hyderabad district while digitisation of the received forms is underway. He also urged voters who have not yet received their forms to immediately contact their Booth Level Officer (BLO), BLO Supervisor, or call the Voter Helpline 1950.

GHMC Reviews Progress of Special Intensive Revision

A review meeting on the progress of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls was held under the leadership of:

  • GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan, IAS
  • Hyderabad District Collector Dr. Priyanka Ala, IAS
  • Additional Commissioner (Elections) B. Santosh, IAS

During the review, officials assessed the ongoing distribution and digitisation of Enumeration Forms across Hyderabad district.

Enumeration Form Distribution in Final Stage

The Commissioner said the distribution of Enumeration Forms is in the final stages across Hyderabad district.

He added that the digitisation of the received forms is currently underway.

R.V. Karnan appealed to all eligible voters to submit their duly filled Enumeration Forms without delay and advised them not to wait until the last day.

Voters Asked to Contact BLOs or Helpline 1950

The Commissioner said voters who have not yet received an Enumeration Form should immediately:

  • Contact their Booth Level Officer (BLO)
  • Contact their BLO Supervisor
  • Call the Voter Helpline 1950

He urged all eligible voters to complete the process at the earliest to ensure smooth completion of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).

GHMC Continues Extensive Voter Awareness Campaign

GHMC is continuing an extensive voter awareness campaign across Hyderabad through:

  • Door-to-door outreach
  • Public announcements
  • Media campaigns
  • Stakeholder engagement

The awareness drive aims to ensure that every eligible voter receives and submits the Enumeration Form on time.
