Hyderabad: The Hyderabad District Congress Committee (DCC) has launched a dedicated voter helpline to assist citizens during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president B. Mahesh Kumar Goud inaugurated the helpline 8826777445, which will function daily from 10 am to 10 pm to guide voters on enumeration forms, required documents, verification procedures and other voter-related issues. The Congress has also deployed 101 DCC office-bearers, 44 local unit presidents and nearly 1,200 Booth Level Agents to support voters across Hyderabad.

Hyderabad Congress Launches Voter Helpline for SIR Assistance
The dedicated helpline 8826777445 was inaugurated by TPCC president B. Mahesh Kumar Goud on July 16.
The helpline will operate every day from 10 am to 10 pm and will provide guidance on:
- Enumeration forms
- Required documents
- Verification procedures
- Voter-related issues

Assistance for Voters Facing Electoral Roll Issues
Hyderabad DCC president Syed Khalid Saifullah said the helpline would assist voters who:
- Have not been contacted by Booth Level Officers (BLOs)
- Need help filling enumeration forms
- Require corrections in electoral details
- Have been flagged under the anomaly category
He clarified that while assistance would be provided by the Congress, all additions, deletions and corrections to electoral rolls will remain subject to approval by the Election Commission.
Congress Deploys 1,200 Booth Level Agents
To support voters across Hyderabad, the Congress has deployed:
- 101 DCC office-bearers
- 44 local unit presidents
- Nearly 1,200 Booth Level Agents
The party said that if issues cannot be resolved over the phone, local representatives will visit voters’ homes to provide assistance.
Priority support will be given to:
- Senior citizens
- Persons with disabilities
- Women
- Economically weaker sections
